My Story
My heart is filled with profound gratitude for surviving aggressive cancer several years ago.
That frightening journey rocked my world, and ultimately changed the trajectory of my future in unimaginable ways. I feel blessed to have experienced such a pivotal moment. It provided a much-needed ‘spring cleaning’ for my wellness, clearing out the forces that were cluttering my path, and bringing a sudden epiphany of my true calling. Today, I wake up each morning with a thankful heart and high vibrational energy. I have immense clarity about why I am alive, and what my greater purpose is moving forward: to empower those in need of healing through peace, calm, and harmony for lifelong wellbeing. This is my soul’s essence and it brings me absolute joy.
Catherine Goodman Wellness For Life opened its doors in March of 2024, in Sausalito, CA, offering services for Reiki Energy Healing and Health & Wellness Coaching, including Integrative Oncology Support and Behavioral and Habit Change.
