What are the benefits of Reiki healing for cancer patients?

Reiki energy healing has many benefits as a complementary practice for cancer patients. It calms the body's parasympathetic nervous system, fosters deep relaxation, relieves stress and anxiety, and promotes a profound sense of emotional peace and wellbeing.

What should I expect during a Reiki healing session?

During a Reiki session you'll lay fully clothed on a treatment table. Catherine gently places her hands on or just above you to channel free-flowing life force energy to your body, clearing energy imbalances or blockages. As your body enters a deep state of relaxation, your parasympathetic nervous system is activated, allowing your body's natural healing processes to function at their best, producing both physical and emotional benefits.

How can Reiki benefit athletic performance?

Reiki also supports the body's natural healing process, bringing faster recovery between workouts and calming the nervous system following intense training.
