Integrative Oncology Support

This program offers survivor-led coaching championing your strength, reclaiming your peace, and empowering you throughout your journey. Whether recently diagnosed, undergoing treatment, or transitioning to post-treatment recovery, I’m here to help. As a certified Health & Wellness Coach and survivor of aggressive cancer, I’ll combine comprehensive Integrative Oncology Support with personal knowledge and experience from ten months of chemotherapy and a year of recovery.

My specialized services include:

Chemotherapy Support
Personalized nutrition, mindfulness, and other holistic tools effective in managing pain and side effects of treatment, including Reiki;

Holistic Recovery

Reiki healing (on-site or at my studio) and complimentary practices effective in promoting the body’s ability to self-heal and maintain a strengthened immune system;

This is my signature one-to-one program for sustainable habit building, ideal for clients seeking a customized plan that focuses on behavior change science instead of a “quick fix.” My holistic approach integrates manageable habit change with regularity. I adopt a gentle approach in using flexible small steps for progressive improvement rather than an intense restrictive plan geared toward immediate change, often leading to burnout. I’ll provide the support and the tools to keep you positive and focused, while maintaining your calm and resolve. You'll find that making consistent small improvements eventually turns new behaviors into lifelong habits.

2. The 90-Day Wellness Intensive
For Lasting Success


The 90-Day Wellness Intensive is a high-touch, immersive health coaching program designed specifically for individuals who are tired of DIY lifestyle wellness, failed diets, or fragmented fitness plans. Instead of providing a generic one-size-all approach, I focus on identifying the specific barrier - behavior, nutritional, or lifestyle - that has prevented you from achieving that one elusive goal. Over three months we’ll bridge the gap between “knowing what to do” and actually doing it, and turn a previously unattainable goal into a sustainable, permanent lifestyle shift.

Targeted Transformation
We’ll focus on one primary, high-impact goal, ensuring concentrated effort and progress within 90 days.

Hyper-Personalized Strategy
No “cookie-cutter” plans here! I’ll customized the program to your biology, schedule, and lifestyle.

Behavioral Change & Habits
We’ll address mindset shifts necessary for long-term success through personalized strategies and behavior change techniques.

Accountability
We’ll follow a structured meeting schedule for twelve consecutive weeks; with additional check-ins, as needed, to address challenges, and to keep you motivated and on track.

This program is particularly effective for individuals who want to reverse a specific health marker through diet change, or need a “reset” for physical or mental fitness, or for those who just prefer a structured plan to achieve results once and for all.
